We founded Crowned By E~Marie with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:


If you received the order and are not satisfied with the qualify, please contact us at crownedbyemarie@gmail.com with the order no and the problems. We only accept return or exchange within 24 hours after you received the unit, which must be unworn and in brand new condition.


CANCELATIONS:

*NO ORDER CANCELATIONS 



TO RETURN A PRODUCT:


Crowned By E~Marie does NOT provide return labels and the cost of return should be handled by customers.

We can not accept a customized product to be returned.

We only accept US domestic exchanges and return.

No exchange and no return for international shipping.

We will charge 35% restock fee for return if no quality problems.



EXCHANGE:


Please Be Advised That Due To COVID-19, We Have Now Implemented The Following Return And Exchange Policy.

For The Safety Of Staff & Clients, And As A Part Of Our COVID-19 Response Will NOT Allow ANY Returns On Items. 


Before Shipping, a 35% re-production fee will be charged for any changes on orders placed over 14 hours.

After shipping, a 35% restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping Policy:


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at crownedbyemarie@gmail.com

Shipping Policy:

HOW IT WORKS

* Free Shipping for orders of $400.00 and more.


* We utilize USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers, And UPS Occasionally.


* After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and 10-12 Business Days To ship it out. Once shipped you should receive your order in 12-14 business days.


* You will receive shipping confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped.


* Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday


* Orders placed with free shipping will arrive between 10-12 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. 

* If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact UPS/ USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of UPS/ USPS. It is the responsibility of UPS/USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. Non-deliverable/ Returned To Sender


Packages that are returned due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address will be refunded minus a 35% restocking fee and the shipping cost. Shipping cost will be costumers responsibility to re-ship & return the items. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.  

We are not responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED" but have not been received due to incomplete or incorrect address. 


Crowned By E~Marie is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that are in carriers possession. Please File a claim with the mail carrier. 

By completing a purchase with Crowned By E~Marie, you agree to our full return/shipping & Exchange policy.
